Consistently great. Food is fresh and of good quality. Their mouhammara is outstanding as is their zaatar type bread. Staff is very accommodating. Great spot when looking for a healthy meal that's not boring nor bland.

My experience there was worth it. The restaurant is spacious with nice and modern decorations. The menu is rich and authentic. I ordered Shawarma plate. It comes with two fresh pitas sprinkled with Za’atar, delicious hummus, and two salads of your choice. I chose beetroot and yogurt with dill & za’atar. The combination was rich of different flavours. The portion is not that big but it is satisfied for one person and the prices are generally reasonable (almost 26) I did not try any drinks or sweets but I heard that they are so good too. The guy at the cashier was welcoming and attentive. They have two washrooms and they were clean and well refilled. I recommend giving it a try

Absolutely delicious! We ordered the chicken shawarma and falafel, and both were amazing. The fries were also a standout—crispy and well-seasoned. Everything tasted fresh, and the portions were generous. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was fast

Love the food here. Must try all the sides! It’s a minimalistic place so don’t expect any ambiance.

One of the best Arab Mediterranean (Lebanese?) places I've ever dined at, period! The salads were all fantastic. I particularly loved the falafel and the sabich platters. The Muhammara was up there with the best-rich and nutty! Quantities are generous. Generally par for the cost.. highly recommend!

The food at sumac is superb- everything is very fresh and flavourful. They have many vegetarian options. I like the platter because of the salads that come with or the eggplant and egg pita
